Appliances such as water heaters, furnaces, dishwashers, and stoves offer their own warranty. Please refer to the manuals that come with these units.
The workmanship of your home is backed with a one-year warranty. At Stacy Custom Homes, we know how time consuming it is to not only build your home and make all the selections, but move into your new home when it’s completed as well. That’s why we conduct a final walk-through with our customers before and after they move in. Once you’ve moved in and are settled, you may notice your home needs some slight adjustments, especially as your home goes through a heating and cooling season.
We will correct any of these issues for you before you have lived in your home one year. We give you plenty of time to move in, get settled, and assure you that any problems you may experience will be handled during the first year you live in your new home.
